will think first if that position is fit for me and it would be task need to
accomplish in a right time and great responsibility to carry on. Project
manager have a lot ability to secure all there members and in a good situation
and there task is working properly, project manager is always monitor the team
and have an idea what they need to do or how they need to make the project is
ready to perform, project manager is always a communication to their team
specially the owner or the president of the project or in the school is the
pricinpal and the ability to communicate with
people at all levels is almost always named as the second most important skill
by project managers and team members. Project leadership calls for clear
communication about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and
feedback. There is a great deal of value placed on openness and directness. The
project leader is also the team's link to the larger organization in other words, great project managers plan, manage, and handle details
in a way that lets others relax. First I will identify
the problems of the XYZ University and think what would be the solution’s to
the problem in the University, and find a member to assist me and for the other
things that they need. Me assume the project manager of the XYZ University I need
to find a member that can help and resolved the problem of XYZ University to be
part of team and the one who have skilled to resolved the problems of the
university. The person that I need to found is have skilled in the computer
kingdom that can help their skill to prevent the malicious things happen to XYZ
University and here’s the problems of
the University is Non-enrolment of students due
to late uploading of students’ grades by the teachers caused by several factors
including computer literacy of senior teachers , Slow updates of course and
grade uploads due to slow connection and server traffic caused by the number of
teachers and students using the program all at the same time, the
system’s database was hacked which resulted to mismatch of students’ grades and
students’ identification. First is conduct a computer literacy program for the senior’s and to
others they have any skill to literate on computer to master the computer
literacy and to make aware anything happen to their work that if don’t have any
technician they can go resolves the problem to their computer defects and if
the computer have a viruses they know how they fix it to remove the viruses to their
computer and make sure that files is safe always. Computer literacy is defined
as the knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology
efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use to
programming and advanced problem solving, if we have a presentation on the Microsoft
office using excel and the topic is statistic we cannot even use the office
word or put a picture to word they have an easy way if way really study about
office excel because excel itself have a built in statistic chart and compute
automatic answer and chart. Computer literacy is significant because it is
considered to be a very important skill to possess while in the first world,
yes is part of our life because in this generation all we saw is use by the
technology that every know, so if we didn’t to know “WE” left behind in that their
generation we stack in a writing in block handwriting and short handwriting.
Employers want their workers to have basic computer skills because their
company becomes ever more dependent on computers. Many companies try to use
computers to help run their company faster and cheaper. As personal computers
become common place and they become more powerful, the concept of computer
literacy is moving beyond basic functionality to more powerful applications under
the heading of literacy. One of the best methods for teaching computers is that
our Government should encourage the use of computers in schools and college so
that our younger generation gets adapted to the use and basic knowledge
regarding computer. For the working professionals, there should be some
refresher courses about the basic computer skills so that the hesitation with
computer usage gets minimized. Computers have kept an upward trend in terms of
usage. Back in 1960s, people wondered who would want a computer for their
homes! Predicting what lies in the future is virtually impossible, but we do
know that whatever it brings, computer technology will be right in the centre
of it. As computer technology continues to advance and develop for both home
and industry, there will be an ever growing need for computer professionals to
fill the resulting job openings. Career opportunities in the computer field
remain strong, and knowledge of computer technology will continue to become
more and more important to workers in every field. So, regarding the future of
computers one is spell bound. It is expected that the reliance on computers
would increase to the extent that the world of commerce would break up to a
sudden stop if computers were removed. Computer
literacy and computers themselves have been themselves in the front of utter
importance for this century and onwards. We use computers with everything,
doing school work, doing almost every white collar job and for recreational
use. Computer literacy is needed for everybody because many people are spending
their days with the computer, chatting with people and doing work with the
internet.

as Project manager is need to be fix the internet connection to every time have

can know about the presentation and if the internet connection is fast all you

the internet connection is fast, so fast communication to each other and they
don’t have any problem to the communication. Using more efficient computer

a lot need to be follow and implement, add an new ideas that can school in the
security in terms of online based did they use and being not so good in the
computer literacy we need make a program for all senior and young employee to
practice their skill and add on and give an idea to them to make aware what
they need to do if they encounter that problem in computer or how really good
use the Microsoft office and other more in the computer that need to know of
the employee of the school and prevent the underestimate to their capacity of
their position in the computer kingdom.
